Service Description

Do you live in the Whakatane area? Do you have a daughter who is over 12 and wanting to make friends or do something new with current friends? Maybe she worries a lot or would like more confidence? Perhaps you know a girl who would love to connect with others and learn how to express themselves in an authentic way. This is a half day workshop showcasing what a Girls' empowerment session is like, however tailored especially for the teenage years. The girls can expect lots of opportunities to get creative. The day will teach girls how to deal with perceived rejection, how to be confident in their own skin, and how to use art, music, breath and movement to manage life when things feel overwhelming.
